This is an unusual asymmetrical skin.  It does not have any addresses, selection display or credits display, thus it should be used with a touchscreen or a keyboard on a jukebox that doesn’t require credits.

This skin simulates the look of version 2.41 before skins were introduced, with the bright chrome rails. It does not have any on-screen buttons or icons.

This is the default skin. It will work properly in both horizontal and vertical orientations, and has mouse or touchscreen buttons available.

By request, here is an update to Eric Bateman’s Alienbox skin that eliminates the buttons, adds a third column and uses an alphanumeric selection system.
